David Andrews
David Andrews formed Vector in 1997 and remains the Managing Director. His career in IT began in 1983 selling IBM PCs, then solution sales with several multinationals including NEC, Canon & Xerox. He still specifies and provides server solutions for Xerox UK Ltd. His straight talking philosophy has been to combine big company quality processes with the customer care of a smaller firm.
Kevin Mitchell
Kevin Mitchell joined Vector in 2005 and has since been promoted to Service Director. A Microsoft certified systems engineer, his experience in system support spans 10 years working with SME networks <200 PCs. His speciality is Microsoft Small Business Server. His key performance indicators are; Response, First Time Fix & System Up-Time.
