Proactive Service is a preventative maintenance program including the following processes on your Server;
Continuous Automated 24/7 Server Checks including;
- Backup check
- Anti Virus updated & deployed
- Windows services
- Ping every minute
- Drive space & integrity check
- Critical event log
- Performance monitor
Server Imaging.
- Creates a copy of server system settings to ease recovery time following a complete server loss or crash. For clarity, your settings will not be contained in your data backup routine.
Back Up Test.
- A complete and detailed review of your current backup configuration to ensure it reflects your vital business data.
Anti Virus Protection.
- Includes the annual software license for all users and, most importantly, an annual complete version update and deployment to all units.
Break-Fix Call Pack
For your consideration, at a reduced cost, breakdown incidents can be purchased as a block of fixed cost callouts (5 or 10).
E.g. Hard Disk Crash - Our engineer would attend. Diagnose the issue. Replace the drive. Rebuild the windows version required. Reconnect to the network. Regardless if the call takes 1 Hour or 3, you simply use a fixed cost onsite visit, with parts invoiced separately.
